摘要
本文通过采用反射式光纤位移传感器 ,改变了目前数字式塞规中只能用气浮塞规进行内孔的快速、高精度、非接触测量的历史 ,并对仪器进行了误差分析。
The paper changed the history that only gas gauges can be used to measure holes fast,high precision and untouehed,through using the reflected optic-fiber displacement sensors.The paper gave the error analysis also.
