摘要
本文将描述网状聚合物玻璃化温度与交联密度关系的Nieson和Chompff理论用来解释漆包线的固化程度检测,为漆包线固化度检测打下了坚实的理论基础。根据该理论,提出了一套经济实用的漆包线固化程度检测方法,并在实际应用中得到满意的结果。
This paper introduses Nielson and Chompff theories, which describe
the relation between glass transition temperature and crose-linking
degree of network polymer, to explain measurement of curing degree of
enameled wire. This institutes solid theoretical basis for the measurement.
Based on the theory, the paper advances a series of economical and
practical methods of the measurement and satisfying results in applica-
tion are received.
