摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱衰减全反射法、介质损耗-温度谱和热失重分析对复合绝缘漆包线的漆膜特征进行研究,分别获得漆膜的红外特征吸收峰、漆包线介质损耗曲线的形状和拐点温度以及复合漆膜的热分解特征温度等信息。结果表明:三种方法对复合绝缘具有高度的特征性,配合使用能有效鉴别复合绝缘漆包线的种类,从而为温度指数检测之前漆包线来样身份的鉴定以及有效试样的判别提供重要依据。
The coating characteristics of composite enamelled wires were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflectance, dielectric loss-temperature spectrum, and thermogravimet- ric analysis (TGA), and the characteristic IR absorption peaks of outer coating, the shapes and inflexion point temperatures of dielectric loss curves, and the characteristic temperatures of thermal decomposition were obtained. The results show that the three methods were very sensitive to composite insulation, and they could identify the types of coatings effectively by cooperative use, which could provide important evidence for the identification of the types of enamelled wires before temperature index detection and the judgement of effective samples.
