摘要
论文研究了具有不同固化程度的双酚 A二氰酸酯 -酚醛环氧树脂共混物的 Tg转变和后固化过程中 Tg 转变的变化以及共混物的吸湿规律和湿热老化对共混物结构的影响。结果表明 ,固化程度可显著影响固化物的 Tg 和后固化过程中剩余反应的温度。表观转化率提高 ,则吸湿性降低 ;固化程度越大 ,湿热老化对化学结构影响越小 ,但当固化转化率不高时 (例如小于 90 % ) 。
The dicyanate epoxy novolac resin blends with controlled curing edegree were prepared.The results revealed by modulated DSC shows that the curing degree has drastic effect on glass transition temperature and its evolution during the post cure process.The water take up decreases with the cure extent of the blend. Long time hygrothermal ageing may have significant effects on the structure of the blend when the cure extent is not sufficiently high.
