摘要
本文研究了毛竹笋体含量较多的 4种氨基酸的薄层色谱行为及分离的最佳条件 ,并建立了相应的定性鉴定方法。
The optimal seperation conditions for 4 common kinds of amino acid in bamboo shoot by thin layer chromatography has been studied,and a proper corresponding quantitative identification method has been also proposed here.
