摘要
通过对建阳市不同产地的毛竹鲜笋品质及其土壤化学性质进行的初步分析,结果表明,在全氨基酸、游离氨基酸、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪等毛竹笋品质指标上,来自水尾的鲜笋含量最高,华家山的可溶性总糖、维生素C含量均最高。3个区域的土壤元素营养状况存在一定差异,在土壤氮、磷、钾3个指标上,华家山和黄坑毛竹林地土壤性质较为接近,水尾较低;毛竹笋品质和土壤化学性质的相关性较差。
The quality of bamboo shoots and soil chemical property in different regions in Jiangyang city were studied primarily. The results showed that the quality indices of all the amino acid, the free amino acid, the crude protein and the crude fat were the highest in bamboo shoots that came from Shuiwei, and content of the total soluble sugar and vitamin C were the highest in bamboo shoots that came from Huajiashan. Soil element nutritions were different among three regions. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content of Huajiashan were close to those of Huangken, and those of Shuiwei was the lowest. The correlation between quality of bamboo shoots and soil chemical characteristiss was not significant.
