镀覆处理对LaNiAl合金贮氢性能影响 被引量:3

Investigation of the Effects of Copper-Plating on Hydrogen Storage Performance of La-Ni-Al Metal Hydride

摘要 用化学镀法和酸性镀法在LaNi4.75Al0.25材料颗粒表面镀覆铜膜,然后压制成块。处理后材料的放氢速率、导热性能、抗粉化效果有显著提高,其中酸性镀得到的颗粒与化学镀得到的颗粒在元素分布、成分、吸氢量、抗粉化效果等上有较大差别,因此压块的放氢动力学和抗粉化效果也不同。 Metal hydride compacts have been prepared by compressing copper-plated LaNiAl powders by chemical plating or acidic electroless plating. The compacts show a remarkable improvement in hydrogen desorption rate, thermal conductivity and resistance to pulverization. The element distribution, element contents, hydrogen absorption capacity and resistance to pulverization of samples plated by acidic electronless plating are different from these of samples plated by chemical plating, so the desorption rate and resistance to pulverization of their compacts is dissimilar.
