合金化热镀锌高强钢JAC590R的组织性能与镀层结构分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过在碳锰钢的基础上添加微合金元素Nb,结合合适的合金化热镀锌工艺,成功开发出镀层主要组织为δ相的汽车用合金化热镀锌高强钢JAC590R。其力学性能优良,镀层质量、粗糙度、合金化率控制良好,具有优良的抗粉化性能及点焊性能,成功应用于汽车结构件上。 By the addition of micro-alloying elements Nb based on carbon-manganese steel,combined with the appropriate hot dip galvanized process,the galvannealed high-strength steel JAC590 R with the coating of δ phase was developed. Its mechanical properties were excellent. The control level of its coating quality、roughness、alloying rate was good. The chalking resistance and spot welding performance were good. It has been successfully used in automotive structural parts.
