摘要
分析了化学合成切削液形成泡沫与消除泡沫的原理，在实验研究各种消泡剂的基础上，复配出了性能优良的适用于化学合成切削液的复合型消泡剂。用正交实验优化出了最佳配比，同时对复合消泡剂的加入量及加入工艺做了实验研究。
Theorem is analysed to form blister and to cancel blister for synthetic cutting fluid. On the bassis of the experimental investigation for various deblister additives,the priority compound deblister is produced for the synthetic cuttillg fluid. The orthogonal experiment optimizes the priority formulation. The adding quantity and the process are studied for the compound deblister.
