摘要
近年来,随着国家对环境保护与可再生能源的重视,光能新增成为主力。硅基光伏电池凭借其高性能与长寿命,占据光伏产业的主体地位。晶硅是光伏太阳能电池的核心组件,而切削液是晶硅加工过程中不可或缺的辅助介质,其性能直接关系到晶硅产品的生产效率与质量。本文剖析了晶硅切削液的发展历程、性能、组分及应用,同时展望了晶硅切削液领域的未来发展前景,为行业创新指明方向,推动制造业向更高效、可持续的方向迈进。
In recent years,with the country’s emphasis on environmental protection and renewable energy,the addition of solar energy has become the main force.Silicon-based photovoltaic cells occupy the main position in the photovoltaic industry with their high performance and long life.Crystalline silicon is the core component of photovoltaic solar cells,and cutting fluid is an indispensable auxiliary medium in the processing process of crystalline silicon,and its performance is directly related to the production efficiency and quality of crystalline silicon products.This paper analyzes the development history,performance,components and applications of crystalline silicon cutting fluids,and looks forward to the future development prospects of the field of crystalline silicon cutting fluids,pointing out the direction for industry innovation and promoting the manufacturing industry to move towards a more efficient and sustainable direction.
