SM-2化学合成磨削液润滑性能的试验研究

摘要 通过对含有不同润滑添加剂合成液性能模拟试验,发现表面活性剂和极压添加剂对磨削液润滑性真有不同的作用机制。通过同时选用适当的表面活性剂和极压添加剂能充分减少摩擦。进一步的磨削实践表明,同时含有表面活性剂CNA和极压添加剂EP-SS的化学合成磨削液SM-2具有良好的润滑性能,是精密磨削轴承等替代现有乳化液的理想产品之一。 Based on the simulating test on the properties of synthetic grinding fluid containing different lubricant additives, it is found that surface active agent and extreme pressure additive have different functional mechanism in improving the lubricity of grinding fluid. Using the grinding fluid containing properly chosen surface active agent together with extreme pressure additive, the friction between abrasive grains and workpiece can be reduced remarkably and the ground surface quality can be improved. It has been practically proved that the synthetic grinding fluid SM-2 developed on the basis of above studies is one of the ideal products to replace the currently used emulsion fluids in precision grinding bearings.
