摘要
目的 :研究氯氮平的起效过程。方法 :对 39例精神分裂症患者予氯氮平治疗 ,在治疗第 2～ 4周使用的剂量固定为 (313± 80 )mg d ,分别于基线、治疗 2和 4周末评定阳性和阴性症状量表。结果 :总减分率Md(P2 5 ～P75 )在治疗 0～ 2周末 [2 9% (5 %～ 48% ) ]比 3～ 4周末 [10 % (- 4%～ 19% ) ]显著为高(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯氮平的起效幅度是先快后慢 ,通过对汤宜朗等 (1997)数据的拟合 ,发现氯氮平的起效过程符合指数曲线规律 (相关指数 =0 .996 5 )
Objective:To sutdy the responsive procedure of clozapine.Methods:We treated 39 refractory schizophrenics with clozapine.Clozapine dosage was fixed at (313±80)mg/d from treated 14 th to 28 th day and they was estimated with Positive and Negative Symptom Rating Scale(PANSS) at baseline,on treated 14 th and 28 th day,respectively.Results:Md(P25～P75)of total subtractive score rate was significant higher during treated 0～14 th day[29%(5%～48%)]than during treated 15～28 th day[10%( 4%～19%)]( P <0.05).Conclusions:clozapine response procedure was from fast to slow. We also found that clozapine response procedure met a rule of exponential curve fitting for Tandyinang et al. data.
