昆虫病原线虫叶面用抗干燥剂的研究 被引量:10

STUDY ON THE LEAF SURFACE ANTIDESICCATOR BENEFICIAL TO ENTOMOPATHOGENOUS NEMATODE

摘要 从10种蒸发抑制剂、10种保湿剂和10种乳化剂中筛选昆虫病原线虫叶面用抗干燥剂配方的研究结果表明,在25℃、相对湿度(RH)50.5%小空间湿度控制器中用不同蒸发抑制剂、保湿剂和乳化剂处理线虫Steinernema carpocapsae CB-16,18h后10%CYL(是一种蒸发抑制剂,因涉及到保密,故用第一、第二和第三作者的第一个字母的组合表示)、1%羧甲基纤维素钠和0.01%4203表现出较高的抗干燥能力。用这3种物质作正交试验,筛选出最佳叶面用抗干燥剂配方为:线虫悬浮液:10%CYL:1%羧甲基纤维素钠:0.02%4203=110ml:10ml:1g:0.02ml。用此配方处理过的线虫,在25℃、RH0%小空间湿度控制器内5h后,线虫存活率几乎100%。用此配方作线虫叶面用抗干燥剂防治为害兰菜花的小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L),在29℃、RH68%,白天有强阳光照射,线虫剂量2000条/ml,防效46.5%;当线虫剂量提高到5000条/ml,防效78%。 10 evaporation inhibitors, 10 moisture maintainers and 10 emulsifiers were adopted for screening the desirable formulation of leaf surface antidesiccator beneficial to the survival of ento-mopathogenous nematode Steinemema carpocapsae (Weiser) Strain CB-16. The result showed that three of these agents, namely, 10% CYL, 1% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.02% 4203, expressed better antidesiccation in a small-size moisture controller under 251 and 50.5% RH conditions during a 18 h desiccating period. The best formulation of leaf surface antidesiccator for this nematode composed of the three better agents mentioned above was determined by an orthogonal test as 110ml, 10ml and 1 g (volume/weight), respectively. The survival of this nematode strain in the screened antidesiccator formulation under 25 ℃ and 0%RH conditions in moisture controller for 5 h had nearly attained to 100%. 2000 and 5000 individuals/ml concentrations of S. carpocapsae CB-16 in the screened antidesiccator were used against diamon-backed moth Plutella xylostella L. on broccoli Brassica oleracea L. var. italica P., under 291, 68%RH and strong sunshine in daytime conditions, its mortalities were 46.5% and 78.0%, respectively.
