摘要
目的 :探讨针刺水沟穴治疗急诊抽搐昏迷休克 ,为安全而有效的开展急救针灸治疗提供依据。方法 :使用针刺水沟穴和安定注射两种方法 ,比较镇静止惊抗休克效果。结果 :6 8例即效 ,14例显效 ,2例无效。结论 :通过观察 。
Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Shuigou point(GV 26)on convulsion,coma and shock,so as to provide a basis for safe and effective acupuncture emergency treatment.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The actions of sedation,anti convulsion and anti shock of acupuncture at Shuigou point(GV 26) and injection of diazepam were compared.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] 68 cases were cured immediately,14 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were ineffective.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Acupuncture at Shuigou point is a rapid and effective method for convulsion,coma and shock. [
