摘要
目的:对素髎、水沟穴的主治机理进行新的阐释。方法:以中医的藏象学说为中心,结合西医解剖学对素、水沟穴的主治机理进行分析。结果:不仅提出五官与五脏之间有相互对应(外形的“复制”)的关系,而且运用这一理论解释了素、水沟穴以及周围(鼻尖、鼻中沟)某些奇穴具有相同主治作用的理由。结论:该思路对发现新的针灸治疗点及确定针刺的角度、方向具有指导意义。
Objective To newly explain mechanisms of indications of Suliao （GV 25） and Shuigou （GV 26）. Methods Analyze mechanisms of indications of Suliao （GV 25） and Shuigou （GV 26） in TCM ＂viscera-state doctrine＂ as the center and in combination with anatomy of western medicine. Results Not only put forward the corresponding relation （＂re-preparation＂ of external forms） of the five sense organs with five solid organs, and also use this theory to explain the reasons why Suliao （GV 25）, Shuigou （GV 26） and round some extra-ordinary points （Bijian, Bizhonggou） have same indications. Conclusion This thinking has guiding significance for developing new acup-moxibustion treatment points and determining the angle and direction of needling.
