摘要
选用３９ＫＤａ的钩端螺旋体外膜蛋白（ＯｍｐＬ３９）免疫豚鼠并施予艾灸，研究艾灸对伤害性刺激所致延髓中枢原癌基因ｃｆｏｓ表达的影响。结果表明：灸加ＯｍｐＬ３９、单用ＯｍｐＬ３９和单纯艾灸均能使豚鼠体内出血程度减轻，抑制内部伤害所致ｃｆｏｓ表达的中枢积累，且灸加ＯｍｐＬ３９组作用最强，单用ＯｍｐＬ３９组次之，单纯艾灸组再次之。提示艾灸通过扶助正气，减轻了钩体在体内造成的病理伤害和伤害性刺激的传入，从而使原癌基因ｃｆｏｓ在中枢的表达减少，促进了ＯｍｐＬ３９的免疫保护力。
SUMMARY:The leptospira outer membrane protein of 39 KDa(OmpL39) to inoculate the guinea pigs was chosen,and gave them moxibustion to research the result of moxibustion effecting on the expression of c fos in central nerve system caused by harming stimulation The results showed that OmpL39 with moxibustion,simple OmpL39 and simple moxibustion could all lighten the internal hemorrhage degree,cut down the accumulation of onco gene c fos expressing in central nerve system caused by harming stimulation Furthermore,the action of OmpL39 with moxibustion was the best,simple OmpL39 the second,simple moxibustion the third It was suggested that moxibustion reduced the afference of pathodamage and harming stimulation caused by leptospira in the body by improving the vital Qi,then decreased expression of c fos in the CNS,and promoted the immunity of OmpL39
