摘要
通过各种文献资料的分析 ,选择用苯胺与二乙醇胺在浓盐酸催化下缩合制备苯基哌嗪 ,用苯基哌嗪和 3 氯 1,2 丙二醇作用合成消旋羟丙哌嗪 ,再用拆分方法制备左旋羟丙哌嗪 ,此路线具有原料易得 ,操作简单 。
In this paper, a practical synthetic method has been reported for the synthesis of S ( ) 3 (4 phenyl 1 piperazinyl) 1,2 propanediol (Levodropopizine): the reaction of aniline with bis (2 hydroxyethyl) amine in the catalysis of hydrochloric acid gives 1 phenylpiperazine which further reacted with 3 chloro 1,2 propanediol to give 3 (4 phenyl 1 piperazinyl) 1,2 propanediol. Through resolution with tartaric acid, the optic pure S isomer was got. This route has the advantages of available starting materials, easy operation, and low cost.
