摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定左羟丙哌嗪中右旋异构体的含量。方法色谱柱为CHIRALCEL-OD-H手性柱,流动相为正己烷-异丙醇-二乙胺(90∶10∶0.1),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果右羟丙哌嗪检测浓度的线性范围为2.0~40.0μg.mL-1,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.72%。结论本法操作简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于左羟丙哌嗪质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dextroisomer in levodropropizine by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on CHIRALCEL-ODH, the mobile phase consisted of hex- ane-isopropanol-diethylaming (90 : 10 : 0. 1), the detection wavelength was 237 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the inejection volume was 20μL. Results The linear range of levo- dropropizine was 2.0--40.0μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 999 7), and the average recovery was 99.1%, RSD= O. 72%. Con- clusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and high specific, which is suitable for the quality control of levo- dropropizine.
