二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱LB膜诱导下草酸钙晶体生长的SEM研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :利用二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱 (DPPC)的Langmiur -Blodgett膜 (简称LB膜 )作为模板诱导草酸钙晶体的生长 ,进而模拟生物体内尿结石的形成和抑制 方法 :采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM) ,对磷脂DPPC的LB膜诱导过饱和溶液中生长的草酸钙晶体进行图像分析 结果 :在膜压很小 (π =1mN/m)时 ,几乎没有草酸钙晶体 ,随着膜压增大 ,草酸钙晶体的密度增加、尺寸增大 .但当膜压增加到 35mN/m时 ,晶体却特别稀少 .结论 :作为模板的DPPC的LB膜的膜压不同时 ,可以诱导生成具有不同形状、不同密度和尺寸的CaC2 O4 晶体 LB膜中DPPC分子间的距离与CaC2 O4 晶体的结构相匹配是CaC2 O4 Aim:Monolayers of dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) were used as model systems for domains of pure lipid in cellular media as part of investigations of their potential role in the nucleation of calcium oxalate in the urinary tract. Calcium oxalate crystals have been nucleated from metastable solutions at Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films of DPPC. Methods: Through analyses of calcium oxalate crystals by the scanning electronic microscope (SEM), explanation for the mechanism of growth of calcium oxalate crystals induced under the LB films of DPPC were suggested. Results: When the deposition pression of LB films of DPPC was very low ( π =1 mN/m ), very few crystals of calcium oxalate were observed. With the pression increasing, the number and dimension of calcium oxalate crystals increased. However when the pression was larger than 35 mN/m,the number of calcium oxalate crystals became much less. Conclusion: The shapes, number and size of calcium oxalate crystals induced under the LB films of DPPC varied as the variation of the deposition pression of LB films of DPPC as model. Only there is a matching between DPPC and CaC 2O 4 crystal can the oriented crystallization of CaC 2O 4 crystal be obtained.[
