温度和柠檬酸钠对卵磷脂-水有序体系中草酸钙晶体生长的影响 被引量:2

Effect of temperature and sodium citrate on the crystallization of calcium oxalate in ordered lecithin-water system

摘要  在卵磷脂-水体系中研究了温度和柠檬酸钠(Na3cit)对卵磷脂(PC)-水有序体系中草酸钙(CaOx)晶体物相和晶面的影响,采用X-射线衍射仪对产物进行表征.结果发现:①随着温度从0℃升高70℃,产物中一水草酸钙(COM)含量逐渐增加;②相同温度下,加入Na3cit后二水草酸钙(COD)的含量大大高于没有Na3cit的体系;③Na3cit对COD的诱导影响比温度的影响要大得多;④在有序体系中,COD的(411)晶面和COM的(020)晶面优先生长. Effect of temperature and sodium citrate (Na3cit) on the crystal morphology and crystal faces of calcium oxalate(CaOx)in lecithin-water ordered system was studied, and X-ray powder diffraction was used to characterize the products. The results indicate that the amount of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) was increasing as the temperature rising from 0 ℃ to 70 ℃, the amount of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) obtained in the system with Na3cit is much more than that without Na3cit at same temperature, Na3cit have greater effect on inducing COD than temperature and (411) face of COD and (020) face of COM grow preferentially in the ordered system. 
