手性固定相上Cr(bza)_3的色谱拆分研究

摘要 以 K2 Cr2 O7作原料合成了中性配合物 Cr(bza) 3(bza=苯甲酰丙酮 ) ,该合成法的特点是面式异构体产率高 ,反应时间短 ;然后用快速吸附色谱取得面式和经式 Cr(bza) 3的完全分离。采用 DBT(d-酒石酸二苯甲酰 )作手性拆分剂 ,在硅胶载体上制备了手性固定相 (CSP) ,并在这种 CSP上首次对 fac-Cr(bza) 3和 mer-Cr(bza) 3的手性对映体取得了完全拆分。 In this paper Cr(bza) 3 was prepared from K 2Cr 2O 7 and the advantages of the new preparation were high recovery of fac isomers and short reaction time.The fac Cr(bza) 3 and mer Cr(bza) 3 were separated by fast adsorption chromatography.A chiral stationary phase loaded on silica gel was produced by using DBT(dibenzoyl tartaric acid)as the chiral reagent.For the first time a complete chiral resolution of fac Cr(bza) 3 and mer Cr (bza) 3 was achieved by this kind of CSP.
