摘要
人口老龄化是当今中国社会发展的一个重大问题。根据我国人口老龄化的基本特点和老年人的生理、心理及社会特征，分析研究老龄化社会对住宅区规划设计的影响。
population aging is a vital problem of social development in today's China.Based on the characteristics of the population aging in our country and the physiological,psychological and social characteristics of the aged,this paper analyses and studies the profound effect on residential district palanning in aging society.
