摘要
从老年人养老方式和日常时间分配调查入手,探讨了老年人生理机能和心理感受的特征,总结出当代老年人对居住环境的新要求.以此为依据,在房型设计、建筑外立面设计、组团庭院设计、绿化景观设计、邻里交流空间设计等方面进行了具体探索.力求营造出适应老年人身心特征的新时代居住区.
Beginning with the investigation of living pattern and daily action distribution for the aged, we probe into the psychology and physiology characteristics of the aged, sum up what the aged call for in a residential area. And then, the plans of apartments, measures on facade, courtyards, greenery patches, association space and commercial area built in terms of residential environment are presented respectively. Our target is to bring about new residential area in accordance with old people＇s needs.
