摘要
一个完整的企业战略管理过程包括战略规划、战略实施、战略控制 ,而战略规划是在企业内外环境分析基础上制定战略的过程 ,有了企业内外环境分析还需战略评价和战略选择 ;文章阐述了企业战略决策的依据与步骤 ,利用层次分析法 (AHP)建立了企业战略评价和备选战略确定的方法模型 ,提出了相应的最优战略选择技术并进行了实证分析研究。
An integrated process of strategy management is made up of strategy programming, strategy implementation and strategy control.The strategy programming is the formation of the corporation strategy based on the internal and external circumstance analysis of the enterprise. Besides internal and external circumstance analysis, the strategy programming consists of making strategy evaluation and strategy choices. In this paper,we elaborated the fundation and steps of the corporation's strategic decision making.Then,we constructed a mathematical model of evaluating strategies and ascertaining readily choosy strategies by means of AHP technique.Finally,we put forward a corresponding technique and its demonstration analysis of choosing the best strategy.
