摘要
在分析了产品开发时间、产品开发成本、单位产品成本和产品质量这４个战略因素之间权衡关系的基础上，运用最优控制理论，建立了关于成本、质量、时间的最优战略均衡模型，通过对该最优控制问题的求解。
Based on analyzing the tradeoffs among the four strategy factors of the new product development,that is,development time,development cost,unit product cost and product quality,this paper uses the optimal control theory to establish an optimal model.Through the solving process to the model,the paper reveals the optimal equilibrium relationships among the four strategy factors.
