摘要
在我国,行政管理部门的绩效管理越来越受到人们的重视。平衡记分卡作为优秀的绩效评估方法一直为企业服务。通过调整平衡记分卡的子系统和框架体系,引入平衡记分卡作为我国行政管理绩效评估方法,发挥其优势,提高政府行政管理的绩效水平。
In China, people attach more and more importance to the performance management in the administration management. Balance scorecard always .severs corporations as a kind of evaluating method. This article imported BS into Chinese administration management by adjusting its subsystems and the framework to exert its advantages on it and improve the level of our country's administration management.
