摘要
产业集群是中小企业依存的区域产业组织,集群内中小企业的转型受制于集群结构与自身因素的双重影响。超竞争环境下中小企业转型的核心是战略转型,组织变革服从于企业战略转型。战略转型能够改变中小企业的成长轨迹,突破中小企业成长极限,实现中小企业的持续成长。中小企业转型既需要整合产业集群内相关主体的资源与能力,又需要培育和提升转型企业的动态能力,实现转型企业内外部资源与能力的协同效应,通过协同实现转型。基于企业动态能力视角,将中小企业置于产业集群环境下,着重探讨超竞争环境下产业集群中小企业转型的主线与方式。
The industrial cluster is the regional industrial organization of small and mediumsized enterprises, the transfor mation subject to the influence of the cluster structure and its factors of SMEs in the cluster. The core of SMEs transfor mation is the strategic transformation under the hyper competitive environment,and organizational change is subject to en terprise strategic transformation. Strategic transformation can change the growth path of the SMEs, break through the growth limit of SMEs,and achieve sustained growth of SMEs. The transformation of SMEs need to integrate both within the industry cluster related body resources and capabilities, and cultivate and promote the enterprise dynamic ability, to re alize the cooperative effect of internal and external resources and capabilities, in order to achieve the successful transforma tion through the cooperation.
