摘要
高素质的人力资源已成为各个图书馆发展的战略性资源,如何有效地调动外包中青年员工的工作积极性和主动性,制定符合其群体性特点的管理制度,已成为公共图书馆人力资源管理研究的重要课题。以深圳地区公共图书馆的问卷调查结果为基础,分析了外包中青年员工管理存在的问题,提出了相关的对策和建议。
High-quality talents have become the resource of the library development.How to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of young employees and in line with the development of the group management system features has become an important research topic in human resource management of libraries.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of outsourcing of young employees by questionnaire the investigation and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
