摘要
目的 探讨Fas和Bcl 2在膀胱移行细胞癌的表达及其与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化SABC法检测 42例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中Fas和Bcl 2的表达情况 ,并与膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期及随访结果相比较。 结果 31例 (73 .8% )Fas表达阳性 ,2 3例 (5 6 .1% )Bcl 2表达阳性 ,低分化和晚期膀胱移行细胞癌中二者表达均增加。 结论 Fas和Bcl 2表达可以作为监测膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度、预测复发的重要指标。在低分化和晚期膀胱移行细胞癌中 ,Fas所介导的细胞凋亡可能被Bcl 2的过度表达所抑制。
Objective To investigate Fas and Bcl 2 gene expression and to evaluate their significance on the biological behavior of the tumor. Methods Fas and Bcl 2 gene expression were detected in 42 specimens by immunohistochemistry. Results 31(73.8%) cases were positive in Fas expression, while 23 (56.1%) cases were positive in Bcl 2 expression. The expression of Fas and Bcl 2 increased in bladder neoplasms of low differentiation and late stages. Conclusions The expression of Fas and Bcl 2 might have a practical significance in assessing the malignancy and recurrence. Overexpression of Bcl 2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma resulted in a partial inhibition of Fas induced cell death.
