摘要
目的 提高肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的诊断与治疗水平。 方法 总结 9例肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤患者的临床资料 ,其中右侧 7例 ,左侧 2例 ,均行肿瘤切除术。 结果 9例术后随访 1～ 15年 ,均健在 ,无肿瘤复发。 结论 本组肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤影像学诊断准确率为 10 0 % ,手术是治愈本病的唯一方法 ,但不应以肿瘤直径大小为唯一手术指征。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for myelolipoma of adrenal gland. Methods 9 cases of adrenal myelolipoma,7 on the right and 2 on the left,were diagnosised and surgically treated from 1985 to 1999. Results All the patients survive after operation and one of them has survived for 15 years. Conclusions The tumor incidence on the right side is higher than on the left( P <0.005) and the volume of the tumor is not the only indication for operation.
