摘要
目的提高肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊治水平。方法总结4例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者的临床资料,其中左侧3例,右侧1例,均行肿瘤切除术。结果4例术后随访1～13年,均健在,无肿瘤复发。结论虽然B超、CT、MRI等影像学检查对本病诊断有所帮助,但确诊仍需组织学检查。手术是治愈本病的惟一办法,但不应以肿瘤直径大小为惟一手术指征。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for Adrenal ganglioneurma. Methods The method operative treatment and follow-up result were analyzed in 4 patients with Adrenal ganglioneuroma 1 on the right and 3 on the left,were diagnosised and surgically treated from 1995-2008. Results All the patients survive after operatoion and one of them has survived for 13years. Conclusion The diagnosis could be established on B-ultrasonography, CT and MRI, the final diagnosis depends on pathology. Surgical operation may be a main method for the treatment of the disease and the prognosis is well.
