摘要
手术治疗目前仍然是能够治愈原发性胆囊癌的唯一方法,但仅有20%～30%的患者能够得到根治性切除。早期诊断和治疗是目前提高胆囊癌患者生存率的主要方法,而对于晚期患者,争取行根治性手术也可延长生存期。
At present,operative therapy is still the only method which can heal the carcinoma of the gallbladder,but only 20%-30% patients call be treated by radical resection.Presents early diagnosis and cure are main methods of improving survival rate of the patient of gallbladder carcinoma,but for late phase patients,radical operation also can extend survival time.
