摘要
目的：评价Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光治疗儿童皮肤血管类疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：334例皮肤血管类疾病患儿，其中包括草莓状血管瘤292例、海绵状血管瘤27例和鲜红斑痣15例，采用Cynergy双波长脉冲激光治疗，每次治疗前后评价各自的临床症状和不良反应，评价3-6次治疗后各自的临床疗效。结果：所有患儿接受3-6次治疗后，有效率为94．01％。其中草莓状血管瘤的有效率为95．89％、海绵状血管瘤有效率为81．48％、鲜红斑痣的有效率为80．00％。平均治疗次数（2．94±1．45）次．其中草莓状血管瘤、海绵状血管瘤、鲜红斑痣的平均治疗次数分别为（2．68±1．03）次、（4．22±0．81）次、（5．70±1．91）次。334例患儿出现轻度色素沉着18例、轻度色素减退25例、浅表萎缩性瘢痕5例，均在数月后自行恢复。结论：Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光治疗儿童血管类疾病疗效较好、安全性高、痛苦小，不良反应少。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cynergy multiplex laser in the treatment of vascular diseases of skin in children. Methods： Three hundred and thirty-four patients with hemangiomas of skin were treated with cynergy laser, including 292 cases of strawberry hemangiomas, 27 cases of cavernous hemangiomas and 15 cases of port wine stains （PWS）. The clinical parameters and side effects were examined and recorded pre and post treatment. The data of the total treatment times and the cure rate post-operation of the patients were analyzed. Results： All the patients accepted 3-6 courses of treatment. The total cure rate was 94.01%. The effctive rate of strawberry hemangiomas, cavernous hemangiomas and PWS were 95.89%, 81.48% and 80.00% respectively, which were significantly statistication （P〈O.05）. The total cure time was （2.94±1.45） times. The cure times of strawberry hemangiomas, cavernous hemangiomas and PWS were （2.68±1.03） times, （4.22±0.81） times and （5.70±1.91） times respectively, which were also significantly statistication （P〈0.01）. Eighteen cases with mild pigmentation and 25 cases with mild depigmentation were observed, which fully recovered without further treatment. Five cases with atrophic scars also recovered in several months. Conclusion： It suggest that cynergy multiplex laser is an effective therapy for vascular diseases of skin in children with mild side effects.
