长脉宽Nd:YAG 1064nm激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 化脓性肉芽肿(Pyogenic Granuloma,PG)又称毛细血管扩张性肉芽肿(Granuloma Telangiectaticum),是一种后天性、良性结节状增生,为无菌性肉芽肿,好发于面部、头皮、手、足等部位。传统的治疗方法有手术,CO2激光、铜蒸汽激光、VP532激光等单独或联合治疗以及微波、电离、冷冻等方法。治疗原理多基于组织凝固或气化,疗效肯定,但治疗术中出血量大、治疗时间长且有组织损伤,部分患者可出现瘢痕。2005年7月-2006年6月,我们采用无创性长脉宽Nd:YAG1064nm激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿27例,取得了良好疗效。
