摘要
介绍了国内外硫回收的工艺技术,分析了其优缺点、投资及操作费用,并对典型工艺技术装置进行了实地考察。通过比较,最终推荐采用WSA工艺回收某企业20万t/a煤制甲醇装置产生酸性气中的硫化氢。
This article described the sulfur recovery technology at abroad and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, investment and operating costs. The typical technology device was also investigated. By comparison, WSA technology was eventually recommended to recover acidic hydrogen sulfide gas produced 200,000 t/a coal-to-methanol device of a company.
