Development and present situation of China's sulphur recovery technologies in oil refinery and natural gas sweetening are introduced. China has more than 70 sets of sulphur recovery plants with a total capacity of above 800?kt/a. The development objects and emphasis of sulphur recovery in the next 10～15 years are put forward in keeping up with the national requirement for economical development and environmental protection. 〔
