摘要
重点介绍了SCAR标记技术及其在特色优质烟叶研究抗病标记、基因定位、品种鉴定和遗传育种中的应用,讨论其存在的问题,展望其应用前景,旨在为今后SCAR分子标记在特色优质烟叶开发中的应用研究提供参考。
This paper emphatically introduces SCAR markers and their application in characteristic and high -quality tobacco researches （ including disease-resistant markers , gene mapping , variety identification , and genetic breeding ） , analyzes the exist-ent main problems , and discusses the application prospects of these markers , for the sake of providing references for the applied re-searches of SCAR molecular markers in characteristic and high -quality tobacco development in future .
