摘要
以河南烤烟(40级)为实验材料,测定了各等级烟叶的自由燃烧时间、单料烟支的自由燃烧时间和焦油生成量.结果表明:各等级烟叶自由燃烧时间集中在3s~5s之间,单料烟支自由燃烧40mm的时间集中在8min~13min之间,焦油生成量集中在25mg/支~40mg/支之间.烟叶部位越高,颜色越深,成熟度越高,等级越高,烟叶和单料烟支自由燃烧时间越长.焦油量是中部最高,上部次之,下部最低;桔黄色最高,柠檬黄色次之,红棕色最低;不同成熟度烟叶较接近;烟叶等级越高,焦油量越高.焦油量与烟叶和单料烟支的自由燃烧时间分别呈显著和极显著正相关关系,相关系数分别为r1=0.3843,r2=0.7925.
? Choose the leaves of Henan flue-cured tobacco samples(40 grades) for experimental matririals,the free burning time of the leaves and the free burning time of the unblended cigarettes and the tar of the unblended cigarettes have been determined.The result shows:the free burning time of the tobacco leaves need 3 s ̄5 s,time for burning 40 mm length of unblended cigarettes need 8 min ̄13 min,the tar in each cigarette is 25 mg-40 mg.The higher of the stalk position is ,the denser of the colour is ,the better of the matutity is,the higher of the grade is,the longer of the free burning time of the leaves and unblended cigarettes.The tar of the upper leaves are lower than that of the middle leaves and higher than that of the lower leaves;the tar of the lemonyellow leaves are lower than that of the orangeyellow leaves and higher than that of the reddishyellow leaves;the tar are resemble for different from maturity;the higher the grade is ,the higher the tar is.The relation of the tar and the time of free burning of leaves and unblended cigarettes are correlation and significant correlation,correlation coefficient are r1=0.3843 and r2=0.7925.
