摘要
介绍了采用卷板焊接工艺制作冷轧工艺线辊,基材选用45钢,通过中频感应热处理方式获得硬化层,再进行表面毛化处理及电镀铬。该类辊的研制处于国内先进水平,研制的淬火镀铬辊达到预期技术水平。
The manufacturing method for the cold rolling production line rollers by welding the rolling plate has been introduced .The roller substrate is 45 steel and the surface treatments are the mid-frequency induction hardening, texturing and chromium plating .The technology is leading level in the domestic .The developed rollers have possesses desired technology level .
