摘要
针对冷轧辊在轧制过程中磨损和剥落,提出采用在轧辊表面镀铬的方法来解决这一问题.采用弹塑性有限元法建立了三维非对称轧制有限元模型.利用该模型分析了冷轧过程中轧辊在不同的镀层硬度、厚度、层数下的应力情况.通过分析模拟的结果来制定比较优化的镀铬层的状态.
This article recommends chrome-plating of the roller surface to solve the problems of wear and spalling of the roller in cold rolling. A three-dimensional simulation model for the asymmetrical rolling was therefore constructed using the dasto-plastic finite element method(FEM). The model is used to analyze the stress conditions in the roller having different hardness and thickness of the plated layers in the cold rolling process. The simulation results may be used to optimize the chromium plating procedure.
