摘要
第三方调解机制在有效化解各种医疗纠纷、保护医患双方的利益和构建和谐医患关系等方面取得了较好的社会效果,但也存在诸多不足。为进一步完善医疗纠纷第三方调解机制,发挥其在医疗纠纷处理中的作用,文章提出了第三方调解机构在调解医疗纠纷工作过程中所应遵循的基本原则。
Third party mediation mechanism has achieved good social effect in resolving medical disputes ef-fectively, protecting the interests of doctors and patients, and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, etc., but there are still some shortcomings. In order to further improve the third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism, and play its role in the medical dispute processing, the article puts forward the basic principles the third party mediation mechanism should follow in the process of medical dispute mediation.
