摘要
医疗纠纷人民调解是目前解决医疗纠纷的重要途径。本文探讨了医疗纠纷人民调解的范围,在此基础上提出应坚持调解自愿原则、做好与人民调解制度的衔接,当调解协议涉及保险机构的利益时应正确处理调解协议与保险理赔的关系。
The people＇s mediation of medical disputes is an important way to resolve medical disputes. Firstly, this paper discusses the scope of people＇s mediation of medical disputes, then puts forward that it should adhere to the voluntary principle and link up the people＇s mediation system, and finally points out that when a conciliation agreement relates to the Insurance interests, we should handle the relationship between conciliation agreements and insurance claims correctly.
