刀具前角对螺纹铣刀铣削性能影响的仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为合理选择刀具前角,提高刀具使用寿命和螺纹加工效率,对某可转位螺纹铣刀铣削加工45号钢进行研究。借助金属切削工艺有限元软件AdvantEdge对铣削加工进行模拟仿真,得到加工过程中切削力和温度随时间的变化关系,对比分析了不同刀具前角对切削力和切削温度的影响,进而优化选择合理的铣刀前角,为实际螺纹铣削加工刀具前角的选择提供参考。 Cutting force and cutting heat are two important factors influencing tool life and machined surface quality in thread milling process, and the rake angle of the tool has a great impact on metal cutting process of chip formation, cutting force and cutting temperature. Therefore, the choice of a reasonable rake angle is essential for improving tool life and thread machining efficiency. First, a metal cutting finite element software AdvantEdge is used to simulate the thread milling on steel 45 #, to obtain the relationship of cutting force and cutting temperature with time. Then, comparative analysis of effect of different rake angles on cutting force and cutting temperature is conducted, and the optimal rake angle for the milling cutter is selected. The analysis results provide a reference for the choice of rake angle of a thread milling cutter.
