摘要
通过对丝锥加工螺纹和螺纹铣削加工的优缺点,提出了利用NX8.0软件创建螺纹模型以及铣削螺纹的具体方法。实践表明,该方法能满足在数控铣床上加工各种螺纹的生产要求,经实际验证效果良好。
The advantages and disadvantages of the tap processing thread and thread milling, presents a method of creating thread model by using NX8.0 software and the method of using NX8.0 software thread milling. Practice shows that, this method can meet the requirements of production and processing of various thread in CNC milling machine, the ac- tual results are good.
