摘要
将螺纹高速铣削技术与传统的螺纹加工方法相比较,阐述了螺纹高速铣削技术的优势。以6000马力船舶柴油机曲轴螺纹孔的加工为例,介绍了螺纹高速铣削技术加工螺纹的具体方法。加工实例数据表明了螺纹高速铣削技术的优越性。
Compared with the conventional thread processing, the advantages of high speed thread milling technology are described in this paper. Taking the crankshaft thread hole of 6000 horse power marine diesel engine as an example, the method of thread processing using the high speed thread milling is introduced. The detailed processing data show the advantages of the high speed thread milling technology.
