摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤日间病房膀胱内灌注流程的优化,缩短病员就诊时间,提高满意度。方法:原来流程存在弊端,优化流程,针对原有流程的繁琐与薄弱环节,广泛搜集病员的意见或建议,协调门诊与肿瘤日间病房的合作,对原有的流程实施优化。推行膀胱灌注预约制。结果:明显缩短就诊时间,患者满意度大幅提高达99%。定期开展膀胱灌注座谈会,积极听取意见和建议,不断加强改进,提高满意度。通过流程优化,满足了病员的及时就诊、治疗的需要。结论:应用流程优化使整个医疗就诊及护理过程规范化,完整化,这样可以有效避免工作中的疏忽和遗漏,减少安全隐患,大大提高工作效率。
