摘要
目的探讨流程优化后特约门诊准确率及满意度效果。方法选取在特约门诊预检中的2000例患者,分为观察组和对照组各1000例,观察组采用流程优化分诊,对照组采用常规护理分诊,比较两组患者的预检分诊准确率与满意度。结果观察组预检分诊准确率为96.7%,高于对照组的94.2%(P<0.01);分诊满意度总积分为(28.216±0.364)分,高于对照组的(25.824±0.482)分,两组比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流程优化后能够明显提高预检分诊的正确率,同时可以提高护理分诊的满意度,改善服务质量。
Objective To observe the effect of special outpatient service process optimization on diagnostic accuracy and satis- faction. Methods Two thousand special outpatients were randomly divided into two groups:observation and control groups, 1000 cases in each group. The process optimization of triage was used in the observation group while the control group was given routine nursing care. Diagnostic accuracy and satisfaction were statistically analyzed using the SPSS15.0 statistical program. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate was 96. 7% in the observation group while 94. 2% in the control group,which was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 01 ). The triage satisfaction scores were 28. 216 ±0. 364 in the observation group and 25. 824±0. 482 in the control group. The difference was al- so statistically significant(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The process optimization can obviously improve the triage accuracy. At the same time, it improves the nursing care satisfaction and service quality.
