运动训练对小鼠心肌蛋白酶活性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Exercise Training on Proteinase Activity of Myocardium in Mice

摘要 采用活性电泳方法 ,研究了运动训练对小鼠心肌蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明 :(1 )随着运动强度的增加 ,不同运动训练组小鼠心肌的中性和碱性蛋白酶活性有不同程度的升高。酸性条件下 ,未检测到蛋白酶活性 ;(2 ) The G-PAGE was used to analyze the effect of exercise training on proteinase activity of myocardium in mice. The results showed that: (1) With the increase of exercise intensity, the activities of neutral and basic proteinases had increasing in varying degrees. The activity of acidic proteinase was undetected at pH3.5. (2) Effect of exercise training on basic proteinases of myocardium was more obvious than that on neutral proteinases of myocardium.
