摘要
[目的]探讨针灸联合中药汤剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝并发胰岛素抵抗患者的治疗效果及应用价值。[方法]选择我院治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝并发胰岛素抵抗患者144例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸和口服中药汤剂治疗,观察2组的治疗效果。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,对照组治疗总有效率为79.17%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素浓度、胰岛素抵抗指数与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用针灸联合中药汤剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝并发胰岛素抵抗患者疗效可靠,能有效改善患者血脂和肝脏功能,同时可以改善胰岛素抵抗的状态,值得临床推广使用。
[Objective]To explore the therapeutic effect and application value of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver complicated with insulin resistance patients [Methods]Chose 144 patients suffering from nonalcoholic fatty liver disease complicated with insulin resistance in our hospital, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. Control group used Silibin Meglumine Tablets. While on the basis of the control group, the obser- vation group added acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. Then observed the treatment effect of the two groups [Results]The total effective rate of observation group was 94.44 %,while the control group was 79.17%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the triglycerides, total cholesterol, and alanine aminotransferase of the observation group were statistical significance compared to the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group compared with the con- trol group after treatment, there were significant difference among fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin concentrations, insulin resistance index（P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Since the treatment has reliable curative effect, it is worth promoting the therapy of acupuncture combined with herbal decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver complicated with insulin resistance patients because it can effectively improve patients＇blood lipid,liver function and the state of insulin resistance.
