摘要
当前一些高校因教学中没有考虑学生兴趣、能力及职业取向的不同而因材施教,造成学生学习缺乏积极性和主动性。为改变这一状况,本文以《消费者行为学》为例,探讨如何在教学观念、教学方法和评价体系方面进行个性化教学,从而在调动学生兴趣的基础上分层次提高学生的就业能力。
Some colleges and universities ignore the different interests, personalities and career orienta- tion of students to teach, which makes students lack the enthusiasm and initiative. In order to change the situation, taking Consumer Behavior as an example, this article discussed students' personality development through teaching reformation. The objective of this study aims to develop the students' personality and employment rate.
